do - but, indirectly. But, first you must use an egg cell, replace the nucleus with the nucleus of a normal cell from the person whose cells you wish to clone, allow it to grow, and isolate the stem cells from the egg. Currently, there is no way to directly create specific cells - you have to grow them by differentiating a stem cell, that has been grown from an egg cell.
