like a fairly long drive. I was just being nagged by my roommate about weather or not I'll head to the interior of BC end of july/first week of august. Usually he drops me off to see my mom when he's on his way to an SCA thing... so I pay 1/2 the trip fuel costs. But though I want to go its hard to give a definite answer with my daughter this ill... even though I'd only be gone for a week and its the closest thing I have to a vacation each year. Once a year visit my mom, aunt, uncle and a cousin... and once a year is about as often as my son see's them though my roommate in past refused to take him figuring him too young to be tolerable during the trip but now he's older he should be fine. Anyways... arrggg cuz I can't give an answer. And I asked him for a clearer date months ago citing its problematic to just have some guess at when(my moms old she goes on old peoples trips to reno and stuff...). So I said provided the docs feel my daughter is stable and I have some money yes I'll go and yes my sons going. But if the docs say she's not stable I wont leave... I pointed out I don't even know if my daughter will live to then that for all I know her funeral could be then.sigh If she still is alive I have to make sure that if need be I can get down to her right away if she hits the point of being on the verge of death. Which I also pointed out to my roommate. /me wishing that sometimes my life was a little less complex... and hoping next week it doesn't get more so.(long story)
