like saying "I'm sorry but you have the wrong number" when someone mistakenly calls you and asks for Bob and of course there is no Bob there -- then of course they say "are you sure" I've been tempted to say something like "oh wait, my bad, Bob is here but he's tied up in the closet at the moment" or some such thing. why should i apologize to them because they interupted my quake match???? :-)
