the guy said the trim molding hadn't come in yet so i'd have to bring it back in so they could attach it, it would take about 5 or 10 minutes...

so i just called the idiots and asked if my car was ready for me... the guy says "well we'd like to keep it till monday so we can put the trim back on"... i said NO i have to turn in the rental car today! and he said to give them till 5:30 to clean everything up so i can take my car home... luckily the car rental place is open till 6pm...

i'm tired of this...
