and pure internet broadcasters. Before they didn't have to pay anything at all for the internet broadcasts, now they do, according to the royalty rates. This will affect stuff outside of the US as it applies to all US based broadcast places, forcing all of the small time broadcasters off the air, for good as they now have to pay to continue broadcasting. (broadcasting, of course reffering to internet-based streaming, a.k.a. broadcasting to the US government)
