I know, I know, the trend is already summers old but I can't officially declare it summer without something cold and dessert-like for breakfast! :) Classes are over, exams are over, I've managed to put off my advisor for several weeks, and I'm ready to kick back! The first smoothie of this summer is sitting in my hand and I'm thinking of hitting the apt complex pool for some "serious" exercise later today. Today's smoothie:
1 single serving cup of peach yogurt
1/2 bag or so frozen peaches
1 big handful frozen cherries
1/4 cup or so of wheat germ
raspberry-cranberry juice to make the blender take it!
Further smoothie or other summer indulgences welcome! Ah, if this is dieting I like it! :) |
