I saw a lot of Dutch TV in the 70's and 80's. Some statements are still in my head: "Veronica! Bell nu: 035/808 808! Veronica! Verwenn (?) je self!" (What does that last statement mean? I never found out.) Or: "Guten Avend, Junges en Meisjes, ditt is de KRO op Nederland een". The lion in the commercials was great. (What did he mutter anyway?) Never mind my spelling, I only heared the text. It was fun to see the serials like "Knight Rider" in original with subtitles, especially with "Knight Rider": The tech specs were absolutely funny.
