Very topical for me at the moment (notice the long time gaps between me posting?) I heard it at primary school (boy was that a long time ago). I thought it was just one of those stupid things that goes around for a while then dies out, but a colleague from the far other side of Australia quoted it to me last year too (this is regularly quite topical around these parts) so I am wondeing if it comes from somewhere? It sounds Monty Pythonish. Diarrhoea Diarrhoea People think it's funny but it's really brown and runny Diarrhoea Diarrhoea ...and so on. I don't remember the rest, but you REALLY REALLY REALLY don't have to remind me. Just tell me where it comes from! BTW. Did you know that the word diarrhoea can be onomatopoeic? (and yeah, my dictionary is still near my PC from yesterday) PS, sorry to those in a time zone near eating time, but you read the topic and I put enough text in to hide the gory details until you clicked on it!
