And the reason I have NEVER done tech-sup. I would have had that guy back in the store a dozen or so times, constantly running back and forth until he was so fed up with it all he never returned. But that's just my evil side. "I'm sorry sir, bring it back in and we'll check it out for you right away." (quick diag on the machine only) "Still not working? Hmmm. It was just fine here, why don't you come back in and we'll take another look. (knowing there is nothing wrong, we just sit in the back and laugh at the guy) Repeat until he gets a clue or gives up.
