I need a heavy LART. She had a problem with a program she never encountered before and that the support we have, doesn't have a clue about what is wrong. She got helpdesk-it to reinstall her puter after I said there might be a software conflict. She got it done. When she needed to install the program she was so goddamn stupid that she almost needed help just to click on a button on her keyboard. All she had to do was type in the license information she had on a piece of paper in front of her and click next. She shouldn't change any of the settings. She should just click next. Kind of hard to understand for her. I told her this around seven times until she found out that she just had to click next. A little while after the program began installing, the program asked to put in disk 2. Then she asked me if she should put in disk 2. I said "yes" and she asked me which one it was. Instead of just taking on CD casette she had cleared the locker for all CD's there was. I told her to take the one from the casette she took the other from. Of course I needed to tell her that a couple of times. I need to go get some coffee before I go "format c:" to fix her problem.
