I used to go to a place where I could get used LP's and EP's in decient condition. You could also trade in your old/other record stuff. Somewhere such things must exist for CD's however I've not found one locally. I admittedly have alot of mp3's. Several things are of tapes I have or records that I no longer use. However admittedly some is some european stuff I couldn't originally find at the record store... and even if I could I can't afford it. If you were able to go to a records store and hear all tracks before buying and/or also have custom CD's made of your fave music and pay a per song fee that might be better. But for those of us that are poor we can't otherwise afford it. Also I find it really a waste to buy a cd that I though would be really good to find out one or two songs were good and the rest just weren't something I liked. Here CD's cost on average $16 and up depending on what it is. Only really cheap cd's are often old seasonal ones or stuff that nobody particularly is listening to.(or no name stuff/unknowns) If I find after listening to several mp3's from the same CD I really like the CD in general and its available here I'll save up and buy it(because I'd like to hear it on a regular cd player and I can't afford a fancy one that plays cdrw, mp3, and normal cd)
