So either its forgotten that it is the PDC, or something else is preventing it announcing that. Unfortunately I'm clutching at straws for this. My main suggestion is to look in the Server Manager of your PDC and see if there is anything you can fiddle with in there. Unfortunately you don't have a BDC you can promote to primary, but you may find that you can promote your PDC to primary again. I don't know for sure that you can't have one machine as the BDC for two domains, but instinct tells me you can't and that even if you could it would be a very very bad plan... Sorry I can't be more help, but its getting late and I'm knackered... Andy
