I use Should've...which sounds like Should of, which I'm sure is where it came from (not that it's correct.)

I also recall using Gay/Corny/Queer as a youngster to say things were odd. It had no connection whatsoever with homosexuals, yet if I used them the same way now I'd be labelled a bigot. ::Shrug::

I guess there's both decay and evolution. Neither of which is always good or bad.
