The house is currently a disaster area, by pecosdave 2002-06-20 11:20:16
To much going on. I'm replacing the exsisting cable for TVs and will probably be doing the same for many of the phone jacks. I'm going to have to do some plumbing and carpentry to, good thing none of it's really bad. It's quite liveable right now, but you can tell it's being worked on. I've got some other announcements to make soon, but those are going to wait a little while, at least until finalized.

The reason I haven't been posting much is the fact that I don't have internet access at home, I could probably get a freebie dialup connection through my connections but don't even want subject myself to that. My days at w*** have been really full here lately to. 3-6 tickets open per person is average most less than 24 hours old but usually one that has been opened about a week and one thats a day or two older than the rest. Thats normal workflow. I've currently got 10 and only one of them is over two days old so it's all new work, nothing stagnant and ignorable, it all require attention right now. Usually I'm an outgoing call desk responding to what first level has given us but with so much going on I've been getting a bunch of incoming calls from the impatient.
