...cuts off at 8:00am +- 20 min depending on when the reset-button manner gets in, I guess, and 8:00pm sharp (before he goes home, I guess again. I am assuming this is how they cope with the change from day-billing-rates to night-billing-rates with users connected across the change. ie: chuck all the users off and let them log in again.
Doesn't happen on weekends - all economy billing.
And at the pay rates here you would think they could pay someone to man the reset button overninght, weekends and public holidays, but when the server goes down, it usually stays down until about 8:00am the next working day.
That was before. It seems to have gotten better recently. Someone seems to be catching a bus in to press the reset button about an hour after an outage on weekends and holidays now!
