The size of the holster would make it suitable for the hand of a 6-10 year old child. The implication is to point it at things.
Yeah, my mates and I used to modify firecrackers to this exact spec back when we were stupid, but this is an item designed and sold by a manufacturer with absolutely no care for children's lives. Not to mention the parent or relative who bought it! Chinese are usually very protective of their one alloted child but some people are just plain stupid. My wife used to be a nurse here in China and she knows full well the horrors New-Year-neglegence inflicts on children! I can think of one good use for these 'guns' and the manufacturer's trussed-up body figures centrally in it!
In Australia you go to a stadium to watch licenced professionals wield HUGE firecrackers. Much safer and good fun.
Except canberra, where firecrackers are legal. But then so is pot and hardcore porn. Makes you wonder about the federal politicians!! |
