The retard set the fire without permission. Her job was to look out and put out illegal fires and she sets one. She claims to have been only burning a letter from her estranged husband in a cleared fire ring. Many of us suspect she was trying to make herself look good by starting and then putting out a fire. She then lied about what had happened, but screwed up her story and the authorities caught her. She is currently being held without bail.
