Sounds like whoever sold you the service didn't put the right information in. I know someone else who had the same problem. When they said that they would just take the phone back and demand a refund on the whole thing, VoiceStream went out of their way to find out what happened. I wouldn't blame VoiceStream for the problem caused by an it10t salesperson.
