2. Sure, I don't use it heavily so as long as I can dial and it works that's all I care about. 3. Basic Nokia 4. Cingular 5. They've been ok. I get free long distance and a lot of free minutes. I've never had to call for support so I don't know how they are on that. As for the people who don't want to be reached at all times, my solution is I turn the phone off. The people who have my number know that it will be of limited use for trying to reach me as the phone is only on 33% of the time. I bought it after I ended up on the side of the road with a blown tire and no way to call anyone. I don't use it that much, but it is immensely useful to have when I do need it. It's a life saver when I travel. It's great when I'm trying to hook up with people in some big public place. Or when I'm out and need to get information to a friend.
