It's stupid (IMNSHO) for anyone younger than 16 to have a cell phone! (16-18 is a gray area (get one if you need one), and if you're over 18, go for broke!) I've seen fifth-and-sixth grade children that have cell phones and I think "WTF is the point?" Our schools forbid them at all grades, and there's not a single person at MY school (other than.... me) that doesn't have one. I've often wished that they'd enforce that rule..... Just my two cents.
