1) Yes 2) Yes, it has a cover over the keys so I don't push them accidentally. 3) Nokia 4) AT&T 5) I never have to call them, so yes. Caveat: My phone is provided by my employer, So i never deal with billing. I also have Kyocera phones with sprint service for my wife and daughter. Technically the service is good. I have seen one mistake on a bill that was corrected promptly. The only problem that I have with sprint is customer service. It is weak to non-existent. If you need to call them set aside a two hour block of time and prepare some valerian tea.
