salt water baths help ... 2xdouble handful of cooking salt dissolved in water deep enough to sit in covering your legs ... sit in for as long as you can, you may need to use liquid soap if you wish to wash in the bath - normal soap wont foam in salt water.
and get your doc to give you vitB injections if it gets all too much for you ...:)
