whether they are compromising your health. No smoking signs are often ignored. My b/f had a nasty experience when he was in the metro and some man bawled at him because my b/f hadn't noticed the little boy (the man's son) that was trying to push his way up front. When my b/f had the guts of asking if that had to be said so unfriendly, because it wasn't exactly a good example for the kid, the man got even angrier and tells my b/f that HE should have gone out of the way as an example for the boy. But here it comes: when pointed to the fact that he shouldn't have smoked in the metrostation, where there are nice no smoking signs, the man says that that has nothing to do with setting right examples. So: you may teach your children to bark up strangers and to smoke where it is prohibited, but you have to be able to smell that someone wants to pass you.
