Just think of all the hilarious tales you get to tell... My personal favourite (yes, this happened to me) was when a customer called up to complain that, "My invoices are coming out on plain paper!" Important information: the program printed the invoices by creating a plain-text file then sending that file to the lp command. In other words it simply spaced out the information to fit in the boxes on pre-printed forms... Solution : Load the pre-printed invoices on fan-fold paper into the printer and try again. It takes a great deal of self control to stop from laughing hysterically into the phone.
