for a while he had put my old maxtor hd on the slave connection instead of the master, but he had it set for master, and this messed things up blah blah, it didnt beep, blah blah, safe mode, blah blah, birds in hats, blah blah etc... i dont really want to talk about it this isnt a thread asking for help on his comp prob, i have turned my back on the whole thing, its massively inconveniant for my whole life
