| Why, in my day, when I wanted a new graphics card or RAM, I had to go to the computer shop at temperatures below 0 Kelvin, and had to ask about the price (no fancy net pricelists back then) ... and then I had to donate forty barrels of blood to get the money required and lug the twenty-pound slab of silicon bak home, and then open the computer case with my teeth and drill new holes (using an old rusty nail I'd found lying in the street one wonderful day) for the card to fit into, and solder and all that ... and I never complained about any of it! But you try to tell that to these brats today, and they won't believe you. :) |
