Yes, it does take 90 days if you ask to cancel the account. You can't visit at any time during that 90 days or else it'll re-start your account. There's a new "Your message has been sent to" screen that you can't turn off. I know because I e-mailed one of the "support personnel" and asked him. Problem not solved, a not senseless gripe not averted. :) I was pointing out the "everybody has hotmail" thing as yet another point of evidence that Microsoft is taking over the world. Spencer
