I just had to make a Hotmail account for the new VP (has to be hotmail, since we use MSN Messenger here in the office). Not only are 3/4 of the screens nothing but adds and spam options, but it took me five minutes to find the tiny link at the bottom of the page to tell it "No, I don't want to pay for any of your extra services". May the owners of Hotmail wither and burn.
