okay i got a call from an insurance adjuster today (not the one i originally talked to)... they and the shop hadn't even looked at my car until today... that's great guys considering i only get this rental car for five days before i have to pay for it myself... i could have driven my own car on monday and dropped it off this morning, thus extending the time i'll have the rental... okay that's aggravating enough, but the guy's reading off the estimate and what it involves, and they haven't even looked at the turn signals and dash lights yet because they didn't know about them... even tho i told the first guy all about it in the recorded claim... hello!!!! the guy THINKS my car will be ready by friday but he's not sure... especially considering they haven't even checked the lights yet! AND i told the first adjuster about the vibration to have them check that too and they haven't checked THAT yet either! i said, i sure hope it's ready by friday because i can't afford the rental at $20 a day on my own... grrrrr!!!!!
