  C++ swap(a,b); by kajiir2002-06-18 00:04:10
    !!WRONG!! IT'S SURELEY NOT C++ !!!! by StSz 2002-06-18 00:23:39
Hey! It is SURELEY NOT C++!

swap is a FUNCTION, not a single and atomic statement!

swap is simply defined as

template class<T>
inline swap( T &a, T &b)
{ T tmp = b; b = a; a=tmp; }

it is impossible in C++ to swap two variables with a single instruction.

The correct answer would be PERL:
($a,$b) = ($b,$a);
