... I just found some poetry on my computer, and I don't know how it got there. I might have written it, but I don't really remember writing it. But I don't know where I could have copied it from since I don't remember going to any poetry websites. Any ideas? *** Darkness surrounds and deadens sound The clock ticks silently round The world melts and frays Edges coming undone tearing in And back out Only string remains Blindly tumbling through tacky clouds I catch my arms on wisps and wind Breathlessly the world around me is silent Calmly my unseeing eyes look left Look right Blinking Caught below an oppressive weight I fight upwards to waking light Sounds enter and fade quickly Turning and tumbling up and down Down and up Until I land *** I think its pretty good, and thats what makes me wonder. Cause I don't write poetry like this, or maybe I do and just don't remember. I think I need to start seeing a shrink.
