One burger can only kill one person, or perhaps two if they share, and that only if it is lucky enough to be eaten by someone with a suitable predisposition. That is like calling a bullet a weapon of mass destruction because it has the potential to kill someone. It just doesn't work. Now if he had called fast food a weapon of mass destruction, he would be a bit closer to something that makes sense.
