Just got Apache v2.0.36 compiled on my RH 7.2 box, and i've got a question: is there anything that I can use to throttle both the outgoing bandwith and the number of simultionious connections? (looking at like 20k/sec out and 4 connections) I found a couple, but they were both for apache 1.3. Mod_throttle (v3) looked almost perfect, but it won't work with apache2 as far as i've tried. Suggestions or help anyone? (copied from my post over at linuxjunior.org, all i've gotten over there is a smart ass remark, usually they're more helpful over there)
