I could have posted that post in your name! I just knew it! ;o) Well about the control thing, Debian does that too but I didn't like the handling of it. It just didn't feel right. I think it's more like seeking for the new and undiscovered at the moment. After I had the Solaris 8 Admin course last week I suddenly felt this urge for *nix system but a new one, fresh and undescovered, new and beatiful, to go and compile where no man has compiled before...ok I'm loosing it here! ;o) Got any links for Gentoo? I don't know if I'm ready for a LFS system yet, I know a lot of different OSs but knowledge is limitted to a certain point because I know too many Operating Systems (also those that pretend to be one). ;o) Have you ever tryed Turbo Linux? I heard it's supposed to be good!
