Worship: (1)The reverent love and devotion accorded a deity,an idol, or a sacred object. (1) The ceremonies, prayers, or other religious forms by which this love is expressed. I didn't say they were on the same level with God, I said they were worshiped. And they are according to the commonly accepted definition. All I was trying to point out is that the Catholic Church has created a huge infrastructure that is not in the Bible! Thats what you asked right? Praying through saints and revering Mary are not discussed in the Bible. That's way there are protestants, because the Catholic Church has created all of these religious figures. And they protested that.
