That means that they would have to use a secondary shipping service as their primary will not deliver into that area. It's a shame that has to be that way. Some companies will not provide service to certain parts of the world. Probably means that they aren't using someone like UPS to ship. I wonder if they'd be acceptable to the idea of your offering them extra $$$ to cover the cost of some such carrier that WILL deliver to you?
