They aren't an accepted mode of payment for none US residents!
Check the sign up conditions.
I know because money orders would be the only way I could pay as well. Now the worked for the charter membership, but apparently not for the ordinary ones.
Which is very annoying as I wanted to treat my dad to a membership.
