If the man has already done time, then the conditions sehmket listed are appropriate and fair.

I find a little hypocrisy in the fact that a convicted child molester can be an asst. priest, but a homosexual can't, although once again, I am not sure that is Catholic policy or just some of the Southern Baptists talking.

But if someone has been tried and convicted, spent their time, and been treated, it's not fair to continue to punish them.
