man, i hate having jury duty by sketcher 2002-06-16 11:22:04
a few weeks ago i received a notice of jury duty
the trial that i will be a juror on is tomorrow, today i am very very very sick... i can hardly walk without blacking out and swaying hevily
and i have another, ANOTHER jury notice for july 2nd
it wouldnt piss me off all that much exept for that i will be going to florida for an aunt's wedding on the 2nd
im probably going to be able to get out of that one, but i fear i will have to be on jury for tomorrow's

coughing the whole time, occasionally blowing my nose, unable to hear, unable to pay attention (not because of sickness, but because of a.d.d.), and being in a near sleep state

which brings up a question- how sick do you have to be to avoid serving on a jury?
can a man or woman in a coma be in a jury?
can a man or woman who has very recently had a heart attack be in a jury?
can a man or woman who is just very sick with some sort of cold/flu/sinus problem/whatever serve on a jury?

wont i be interrupting the court's proceedings with my constant barrage of coughing and sneezing, snnnnrrrrk ing and wheezing?
