Seems like I have a virus on my GMX account. by bugarup 2002-06-15 16:52:42
I just got the following mail from the GMX.net (free eMail service) postmaster:

The following mail can't be sent to radditz4 AT home.com:

From: mustrum_ridcully AT gmx.net
To: radditz4 AT home.com
Subject: let's be friends
The attachment is the original mail

z~wQ.exe

Attachment: 2

Of course I never did send anything like that. I don't even know who this radditz4 person is. How come I got the virus, though? I'm running that account exclusively under Linux (using KMail) and have never opened any attachments that seemed suspicious and/or came from people I didn't recognize.
