it really gets on their nerves seeing this huge whatever download from their email and it will keep downloading slow and possibly crashing their prog until they delete all stuff on server. I know that is what happened to my roommate. He was getting fed up at this slow huge attachment/email and every time he went to get his email it would try to retrive that thing. Finally he ended up loosing some email because he just set it to delete everything on server.(once before he actually did wait for the whole download then upset called the person... then later they did it again forgetting my roommate was on dialup) Though yes sorting through a big pile of email in general can be a pain.
