Films, films, and more films. by ag_wyvern 2002-06-14 14:17:42
Given that many people seem not to have been exposed to The Wizard of Oz, it seems likely that these same people have likely never seen other lesser known films. Given that many of my coworkers of a 'young' age can proudly assert that they have never seen a black and white film, I think the previous assertion holds some amount of truth.

That being said.... here are some suggestions for films that are worth seeing, that you most likely would never deign to waste your precious time on were you not so inspired by posts such as this!

1. Casablanca
2. The Treasure of the Sierra Madre
3. The Maltese Falcon
4. The African Queen

(all of the above are Bogart movies. I like Bogart.)

5. Failsafe
6. 12 Angry Men
7. Rope
8. Psycho
9. The Alamo
10. Das Boot
