But the pipe's actual diameter was never given, save that it must be greater than 1 millimeter. I think it's safe to assume that it would be a standard sized ping pong ball, though, which is 40mm. This means that the specs of the pipe are: Height = 12in = 30.48cm Diameter = 41mm = 4.1cm Radius = 2.05cm Volume = pi * r^2 * h, so V = 2.05^2 * 30.48 = 128.0922ml = 4.33131 Ounces That's a third of a can of soda.
