so you're accepting packets of state INVALID to port 80
and the ssh port. And that rule DROPping 'other' incoming syn
packets is a bit superfluous, since the policy of INPUT
will already do that and the comment for it isn't 100%
true: you're only dropping TCP SYN packets there; not ICMP
packets. (that's done by the policy again)
