That's because nimda has an affinity for trying IP addresses "close" to that of the host computer's. My server happens to be running on a RoadRunner (ugh) cable modem, so 99% of the hits will come from them.

Also note: any ip that shows up there was (at the time of the hit) vunerable to a remote attack. It's fairly trivial to write something that could read from stdin and break into said computers, assuming a little knowledge of this (well documented) worm.
