Some of us actually know what we're talking about, and highly likely more than the customers who claim to be MCSEs calling us for support. :) (Granted, I'd been doing computer work for about 6 years before even bothering to attempt a certification... naively believing you actually had to have real knowledge to pass one of those things) Wes "MCSE and MCSA because employer requires it"
