the difference between primary partitions, extented partitions, and logical partitions, and the difference between format and fdisk.

We were hired on contract for a project and she had a couple months seniority to me.  She was our "tech" combo network admin for our small network (less than 10 pc's and two servers) and support tech for all our machines and the rest of us were analysts.  When we were setting up our office I overheard her discussing with some of the others how she was trying to set up a machine and I offered my bits of advice about the process, which were promptly ignored.  Sure enough, not long after that she had to redo the work as I had suggested.  When we were at the client site, using client supplied network and pc's, I sort of took over the job description because I would just take care of all the problems when she was out of the area, then it was "Well, he set it up, let him work on it."  To be fair to her I must say that she was not stuck up or overly impressed with herself.  Her personality was okay, just her education was lacking.  She had the certificate and little experience, I had experience and no certification.
