1 Cake

Ingredients:
yeast dough:
1 cup flour
1 pack dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
3 oz. milk; lukewarm
1 egg
2 oz. butter; at room temperature
1 little bit of salt
1/2 lemon (grated skin)

topping:
1 cup Creme de la Gruyere; (double cream)
3 oz Zucker
-----
decoration:
1 Esslöffel Zucker

preparations:
for a round baking form of 10" to 12" diameter:
dough: mix the flour with the yeast add all other ingidients and knead until the dough is done (about 10 minutes). Roll out the dough to about one inch bigger than the baking form, Put the dough in the greased form and make a half inch rim. Let the dough rise until doubled in size. With a spoon make some indentions (don't make holes).
Mix the double cream with the sugar and spread on the dough.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Bake the cake at 400F for 25 minutes. Remove the cake, and let it cool down a bit, sprinkle with sugar.
the cake must be eaten fresh!
