There is NO chaos. Not in the sense of a "realish" thing, anyway. The only chaos that exists is in our minds. Even if you look at a terrible, destructive fire, it is not really chaotic. An omniscient being would understand exactly what it was doing and why, and would probably be able to figure out what it would do in the future. Making up impressive phrases like "Chaos unerlies everything" is just silly. What's under Chaos?
