As long as you don't mind having to restart apache over and over and over and over and over and over and over :) you need MySQL, Apache and Mod_Perl. Just don't trust the /news/ tree (never worked for me), /admins/list_articles.cgi doesn't work, and I can't seem to get it to redirect to the 404 page when you enter a gibberish URL (I haven't tried much yet) If you need any help talk to yohimbe or me (I might be able to help with very basic setup (I can figure out what to plug into ars.conf)) but anything more you'd want to talk to Yohimbe.
